Simple budget for a tight month, store manager here

We are a household of 11 and the budget no longer works. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The rent is fixed and the car payment is high. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
