Simple budget for a tight month (Portland)

We are a household of 15 and the budget no longer works. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
