Simple budget for a tight month (Nashville)

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a line cook and I am trying to cover the essentials. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The rent is fixed and the car payment is high. Any apps or methods?

Sell things you do not use. I made about $850 from a weekend of listing.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
