Simple budget for a tight month (Louisville)

We are a household of 7 and the budget no longer works. I worked as a copywriter before this. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.
