Simple budget for a tight month (Hartford)

We are a household of 5 and the budget no longer works. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
