Simple budget for a tight month (Fresno)

We are a household of 3 and the budget no longer works. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Did lenders work with you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
