Simple budget for a tight month - first time posting

I am $250 short each month and trying to find it. I am in Knoxville, in case local advice matters. I am nervous about falling behind. Any apps or methods?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
