Simple budget for a tight month - first time posting

I am $1150 short each month and trying to find it. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Did lenders work with you?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
