Simple budget for a tight month - first time posting

We are a household of 16 and the budget no longer works. Any experience at all would help. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Did lenders work with you?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
