Simple budget for a tight month - first time posting

We are a household of 15 and the budget no longer works. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Did lenders work with you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
