Simple budget for a tight month - first time posting

I am $1100 short each month and trying to find it. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
