Simple budget for a tight month - first time posting

We are a household of 15 and the budget no longer works. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The rent is fixed and the car payment is high. Did lenders work with you?

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.
