Simple budget for a tight month - first time posting

I am $1150 short each month and trying to find it. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am nervous about falling behind. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
