Simple budget for a tight month, customer-service rep here

We are a household of 16 and the budget no longer works. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
