Simple budget for a tight month (Buffalo)

We are a household of 5 and the budget no longer works. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

Sell things you do not use. I made about $650 from a weekend of listing.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
