Simple budget for a tight month - any advice?

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a social media manager and I am trying to cover the essentials. I am in Memphis, in case local advice matters. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. What helped you?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
