Simple budget for a tight month - any advice?

We are a household of 4 and the budget no longer works. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Did lenders work with you?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
