Simple budget for a tight month - any advice?

I am $900 short each month and trying to find it. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.
