Simple budget for a tight month - any advice?

We are a household of 6 and the budget no longer works. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am nervous about falling behind. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
