Simple budget for a tight month after 6 years as a procurement assistant

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a procurement assistant and I am trying to cover the essentials. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.
