Simple budget for a tight month after 5 years as a forklift operator

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a forklift operator and I am trying to cover the essentials. Any experience at all would help. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions.

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.
