Simple budget for a tight month after 3 years as an operations analyst

We are a household of 3 and the budget no longer works. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
