Simple budget for a tight month after 3 years as a software tester

We are a household of 3 and the budget no longer works. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am nervous about falling behind.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
