Simple budget for a tight month after 16 years as a bookkeeper

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a bookkeeper and I am trying to cover the essentials. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions.

Sell things you do not use. I made about $500 from a weekend of listing.

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.
