Simple budget for a tight month after 14 years as an accounts payable clerk

We are a household of 14 and the budget no longer works. I am in Birmingham, in case local advice matters. I am nervous about falling behind. Did lenders work with you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
