Simple budget for a tight month after 14 years as a sales associate

We are a household of 14 and the budget no longer works. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
