Simple budget for a tight month after 13 years as a school bus driver

We are a household of 13 and the budget no longer works. I am in Pittsburgh, in case local advice matters. The rent is fixed and the car payment is high. Did lenders work with you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
