Simple budget for a tight month after 13 years as a mechanic

We are a household of 13 and the budget no longer works. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am nervous about falling behind.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
