Simple budget for a tight month after 12 years as a software tester

We are a household of 12 and the budget no longer works. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am nervous about falling behind. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
