Simple budget for a tight month after 12 years as a graphic designer

We are a household of 12 and the budget no longer works. Any experience at all would help. I am nervous about falling behind. Did lenders work with you?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
