Simple budget for a tight month after 12 years as a data-entry clerk

We are a household of 12 and the budget no longer works. It has been a long 24 weeks. I am nervous about falling behind. Any apps or methods?

Sell things you do not use. I made about $700 from a weekend of listing.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
