Simple budget for a tight month

We are a household of 7 and the budget no longer works. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am nervous about falling behind. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
