Simple budget for a tight month - 8 months and counting

We are a household of 13 and the budget no longer works. It has been a long 2 weeks. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Did lenders work with you?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
