Simple budget for a tight month - 7 months and counting

I am $700 short each month and trying to find it. Any experience at all would help. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
