Simple budget for a tight month - 6 months and counting

My income is now a fraction of what it was as an IT help-desk technician and I am trying to cover the essentials. It has been a long 5 weeks. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
