Simple budget for a tight month - 6 months and counting

We are a household of 3 and the budget no longer works. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Did lenders work with you?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
