Simple budget for a tight month - 4 months and counting

We are a household of 18 and the budget no longer works. Any experience at all would help. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Did lenders work with you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
