Simple budget for a tight month - 3 months and counting

My income is now a fraction of what it was as an HR coordinator and I am trying to cover the essentials. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The rent is fixed and the car payment is high. Any apps or methods?

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.
