Simple budget for a tight month - 2 months and counting

We are a household of 9 and the budget no longer works. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.
