Simple budget for a tight month - 2 months and counting

We are a household of 18 and the budget no longer works. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.
