Simple budget for a tight month - 18 weeks in

We are a household of 17 and the budget no longer works. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am nervous about falling behind. Did lenders work with you?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
