Simple budget for a tight month - 16 weeks in

We are a household of 16 and the budget no longer works. I am nervous about falling behind. Any apps or methods?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
