Simple budget for a tight month - 15 weeks in

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a store manager and I am trying to cover the essentials. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
