Simple budget for a tight month - 14 months and counting

I am $150 short each month and trying to find it. I am in Richmond, in case local advice matters. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Did lenders work with you?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
