Simple budget for a tight month - 11 months and counting

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a line cook and I am trying to cover the essentials. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. What helped you?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.

Sell things you do not use. I made about $150 from a weekend of listing.
