Simple budget for a tight month - 11 months and counting

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a recruiter and I am trying to cover the essentials. Any experience at all would help. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Did lenders work with you?

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.
