Simple budget for a tight month - 11 months and counting

We are a household of 11 and the budget no longer works. It has been a long 3 weeks. I am nervous about falling behind. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
