Simple budget for a tight month - 11 months and counting

I am $400 short each month and trying to find it. I worked as a janitorial supervisor before this. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.
