Simple budget for a tight month - 10 months and counting

I am $100 short each month and trying to find it. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Did lenders work with you?

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.
