I am tracking my applications in a notebook and want something better. It has been a long 16 weeks. I want reminders to follow up. What do you use?

A simple spreadsheet with company, date, contact and next step was all I needed.

Use a plain one-column résumé with standard headings. Mine got more replies after I simplified it.
